The Pool Houses
Minimalism, materiality, and nature in a timeless residential unicum.
The Pool Houses are arranged in a long rectangular residential building with commercial spaces on the ground floor overlooking a central square and two rows of apartments on either side of the pool and park. At dawn and sunset, light filters through the modules, creating ever-evolving visual conditions. A landscape palette of paved courtyards, water features, and new plantings accompanies residents to the beach on the adjacent lagoon.
Richard Meier & Partners
Among the most influential architects of the 20th century, Richard Meier has built his poetic vision on the dialogue between light, space, and pure form. His language—white, geometric, precise—has redefined the boundaries of residential and civil architecture on a global scale, from the Getty Villa in Los Angeles to the residences on the Adriatic coast of Jesolo.
