The Summer Houses
Two avant-garde buildings overlooking 3,000 m² of landscape and wellness.
The Summer Houses consists of two complementary structures: The Tower, which rises nine floors with ground-floor amenities and sea views, and The Gallery, which extends longitudinally over six residential floors, ensuring visual permeability toward the beach. Both buildings overlook a landscaped area with pools, solariums, and green spaces, complemented by a SPA with a heated pool, hydromassage, sauna, bio-sauna, and Juice Bar.
Richard Meier & Partners
Among the most influential architects of the 20th century, Richard Meier built his poetics on the dialogue between light, space, and pure form. His language — white, geometric, precise — has redefined the boundaries of residential and civic architecture on a global scale, from the Getty Villa in Los Angeles to the residences along the Adriatic coast of Jesolo.
