The Beach Houses

The first cornerstone of the district. A philosophy born from light.

The Beach Houses is the first building in the Jesolo Lido Design District: ten floors, 74 luxury residences with direct views of swimming pools, solarium terraces, and private gardens. The open space design, created by CZ Studio, establishes a fluid transition between public and private space through continuous architectural elements and vegetation bands that preserve the view of the Adriatic. A building philosophy founded on natural light, harmony with the environment, and the joy of living.

Among the most influential architects of the 20th century, Richard Meier has built his poetics on the dialogue between light, space, and pure form. His language—white, geometric, precise—has redefined the boundaries of residential and civic architecture on a global scale, from the Getty Villa in Los Angeles to the residences on the Adriatic coast of Jesolo.
