The Beach Residences is the “made in RIV” project bearing the signature of Richard Meier. Ten floors directly overlooking the sea, 44 luxury apartments with boundless terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows for total exposure to light. Each unit enjoys uninterrupted views of the Adriatic, with absolute privacy guaranteed. The wellness center — featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpools, and a fully equipped gym — completes a residential experience designed for purely living in the present.
