The evening opened under the sign of excellence with the special unveiling of the new Showroom Apartment, the model home curated in collaboration with architect Jacopo Mascheroni and enriched by group partners such as Attico Interni, Tonon Costruzioni, and Stahlbau Pichler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interest in the showcase apartment was so overwhelming that it rewrote the evening’s schedule: the visit, originally planned from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, ran well beyond that time. Guests and clients, captivated by the fluid layout, the millimetric precision of the lines, the rigor of the white tones, and the masterful pairing of noble materials like marble and stone, wanted to revisit the spaces and return upstairs multiple times to experience this new concept of living firsthand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The future of the Jesolo Lido Design District in RIV’s vision<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At 8:00 PM, the outdoor stage welcomed Peter Reichegger. Introduced by Luca Pinzi of Cronache Trevigiane, RIV’s founder spoke about the project with the measured perspective of someone who knows well the distance between a vision and its realization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Building low structures was, I won’t say easy, but easier,” Reichegger commented. “But taking on a project like a tower is a real challenge. It’s a very, very beautiful tower, designed with a genuinely international approach. It’s the context that makes the difference.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A journey that began twenty years ago, in an area that has now become a recognized and recognizable district. Reichegger also recounted the origin of the square that bears the architect’s name: Richard Meier visited the site three or four years before this evening, and his emotion in seeing what his team had created was so evident that dedicating that space to him felt only natural. “This man deserves to be immortalized,” says Reichegger. And so it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the evening, the founder also announced that construction permits for The Sky Villas and for \u00c9toile are now a reality: groundbreaking on these two new residential complexes will begin very soon. He also hinted, with the discretion such announcements require, at an ongoing acquisition of one final seafront plot, intended to complete an unprecedented residential ensemble along this stretch of coastline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tower lights up and the party continues with a show of lights and emotions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The most anticipated moment arrived with nightfall. Singer Jasmine Terrell delivered a live show of rare quality, with a repertoire evoking the legendary atmosphere of Studio 54: powerful vocals, rhythms spanning decades, and a stage presence capable of holding a hundred people together under the same sky. It was she, with the notes still hanging in the air, who spoke the words that gave the signal: “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome The Richard Meier Tower!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that instant, the 25-story tower lit up, launching a hypnotic and spectacular play of lights that colored the Jesolo sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterward, the celebrated DJ Spiller took over the console, keeping guests dancing until midnight to the timeless disco and electronic sounds of the ’70s and ’80s, crowning an unforgettable night of pure design, music, and celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
